What services do you offer?

We are proud to offer a variety of personalized massage services, such as relaxation, deep tissue, cupping, hot stone, pre/postnatal, child massage, lymphatic drainage, and aromatherapy. In addition to our exceptional massage treatments, we also provide top-quality eyelash services and acupuncture.

Do you offer mobile service?

Yes, we provide mobile massage service to private homes or offices.

Do you offer direct billing?

We offer direct billing to all major insurance companies, including but not limited to: Alberta Blue Cross, Equitable Life, Manulife, Green Shield, Sunlife, SSQ Financial Group, Alberta School Benefit Plan.

What do I need to know about my mobile service?

We ask all clients to verify their identity before we send our therapists to their home, office or hotel. We only work with qualified RMTs in good standing with all the main associations in Alberta. We have a rigorous vetting process for therapists that includes a police background check, confirmation of professional credentials, and multiple in-person interviews.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

At Lovete Massage and Wellness, we recognize that life happens and there are circumstances that are out of your control. So, we try to be flexible in regards to appointment cancellations. However, once an appointment is scheduled, that time is set aside for you and ONLY you. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a missed appointment fee of $50.00.

What do I need to know about my mobile service?

We ask all clients to verify their identity before we send our therapists to their home, office or hotel.
